1. Agreement to Terms
By using Blink Global Shipping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the Company and the Customer.

2. Services Provided
Blink Global Shipping offers international shipping, package and barrel forwarding, customs clearance assistance, and logistics and delivery services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate shipment details, including contents, value, weight, and dimensions. All items must be properly packaged and labeled. Customers must comply with all import and export laws and provide required documentation for customs clearance. Failure to do so may result in delays, fines, or seizure.

4. Prohibited Items
Customers must not ship illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, restricted items, or any goods prohibited by Jamaican or international law. Blink Global Shipping reserves the right to refuse or dispose of such items.

5. Shipping Fees and Payments
All shipping fees must be paid before delivery or collection. Additional charges may apply for customs duties, storage, re-delivery, or special handling. Shipping rates are estimates and may change based on actual shipment details.

6. Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and government fees. Blink Global Shipping is not responsible for delays, inspections, or seizures by customs authorities.

7. Delivery and Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. Blink Global Shipping is not liable for delays beyond its control.

8. Loss, Damage, and Liability
All shipments are carried at the customer’s risk. While reasonable care is taken, Blink Global Shipping is not responsible for loss or damage caused by poor packaging, fragile items, or circumstances beyond our control. Liability is limited to the declared value or a fixed maximum amount.

9. Insurance
We cover up to $100usd
Optional insurance may be available at an additional cost. Claims must be submitted within a specified period and must include proof of value and damage.

10. Storage Policy
Packages must be collected within 10 days of arrival.
If a package is not picked up within this period, a storage fee of JMD $500 per day will be charged for each additional day the package remains uncollected.
Blink Global Shipping reserves the right to dispose of or sell any package that remains unclaimed after an extended period.

11. Cancellation and Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipment has been processed. Refunds may only be issued in cases of proven company error.

12. Privacy Policy
Customer information is used solely for shipping and operational purposes. Information may be shared with authorities when required by law.

13. Changes to Terms
Blink Global Shipping reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved within Jamaican courts.
